If you’re ordering online, simply upload your artwork directly on the product page before adding to your basket.

Alternatively, you can email your artwork to us. If you’ve already placed your order, please include your order number in your email. If your files are too large to send by email, we recommend using a file transfer service such as WeTransfer.

If you prefer, you can also visit our shop and bring your artwork on a USB stick, and we’ll be happy to take it from there.

Yes! We offer same-day printing for certain products, depending on workload and material availability. Get in touch as early as possible to confirm if we can meet your deadline.

No, we do not print on supplied material as we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.

Yes, if you've told us to keep your artwork on file. Just let us know when reordering, and we'll print your design again without needing a new file. If you're unsure, ask, and we'll check our records.
